Delete account & data

Use this page to request deletion of your StepSync account or personal data stored on our servers.

What gets deleted

  • Delete account: profile, email login, synced steps, activities, GPS routes, sleep logs, and Pro status on our servers.
  • Delete data only: we process a partial data removal request; you can also clear local data in the app under Profile → Privacy & Data.

Not deleted: Google Play purchase/billing records (managed by Google).

Retention: we process requests within a few business days. Account deletion is final after email confirmation.

You can also delete in the app: Profile → Account → Delete account.
